If you're a fan of all-you-can-eat KBBQ, Yakini Q SJ is a must-visit! The standout feature here is the quality of the meats--they're fresh, flavorful, and perfectly marinated. The side dishes are also plentiful and tasty, with the option to order more if needed. While there is a slight upcharge for premium cuts, they are definitely worth the extra cost. Service + ambiance is decent, since the restaurant can get busy during the weekends. Also expect 30-40 min wait time if you're coming here on the weekend. Nonetheless, it's a great spot for a satisfying KBBQ experience, and I plan to return sometime soon

I'd say YakiniQ is one of the better KBBQ options in the Bay Area. For $33 for their regular AYCE menu, this restaurant is quite decent. The $33 menu offers a variety of steak cuts, including ribeye, a few options of marinated meats, and a handful of seafood options. The meats they serve are of great quality, with their beef rib finger and ribeye steak being my favorites. They also have a wide range of side dishes such as stews, wraps, noodles, rice cakes, and more. Customer service is great here. We never had to wait too long for any service we needed, such as grill changes, water refills, or ordering more meat and dishes. The only con I'd mention about this KBBQ place is the size of their tables, specifically the round tables. The restaurant is not as big compared to most KBBQ restaurants, so they tend to squeeze parties in. The round tables barely have any space for plates, making it quite hectic and definitely not a good place for clumsy people. Besides that, this KBBQ restaurant is quite solid. Many people come here, especially during prime dining hours, so I highly suggest coming just before lunch or dinner peaks.

i came here on a friday evening with a group of 5. we added ourselves to the yelp waitlist around 7:45 pm. we weren't aware that you're supposed to check in in-person once you're on the waitlist and thought our place on the yelp waitlist was indicative of our spot in line. when we finally checked in around the time that the yelp waitlist estimated that our table would be ready (around 9 pm), they were super accommodating and sat us within 5-10 minutes. the plaza is small, but parking was pretty easy. we were seated at a small table next to the wall. ordering is done through a QR code which was pretty convenient. it's all you can eat and you grill the meat yourselves. you could choose which sauces you wanted from the shelf on the wall. the meat was good for ayce. service was pretty nice; they let my friend charge her phone at the front desk. overall, a good experience but not sure if worth the wait.

SO good, nothing bad to say about the food besides my brother asking if there's any type of nuts in the red sauce they have and the worker said no but there was cuz he had an allergic reaction after eating it, so -1 star for that. CAREFUL if you have nut allergies! It's $32.99/pp, gotta order on your phone thru the QR code so service seemed simple. I wished the place had bigger tables for all the food w a party of 5 but they do a good job giving an extra side table for the food!
